Studio
Raw footage in, finished clips out. Choose what gets clipped and how.
Where do videos go in Drive?
Two folders, two jobs — this decides everything downstream.
Livestreams, full talking-head takes, anything 1min+. The Studio cuts the best moments out of these — the original never posts.
Already cut and edited (by your videographer or elsewhere). These skip the Studio entirely — they go straight to captions + scheduling in the Queue.
Rule of thumb: needs cutting → raw · post it as-is → inbox.
1 · Pick the footage
Everything from the Drive raw folder shows here. Tick the videos to clip; press ▶ to watch one first.
2 · Pick the edit
3 · Clip
Runs in the background — progress streams in the Run tab. Finished clips land in the Queue for review.
Content queue
Everything postable, from both sources: clips the Studio made, and finished clips you dropped in the Drive inbox folder.
Scheduled
Booked by the pipeline. Review and approve in the Metricool planner.
Pipeline
Analyze the queue, write captions, plan the slots. Clipping starts in the Studio; sending happens from each clip's Preview post.
No run yet in this session.
Brain
Persistent memory. Re-read before every caption and every clip cut.
Teach it something
Plain English — "captions still too long", "always mention the Tuesday live call". Stamped into the learnings log and applied from the next run.
How this works
Start to finish. If you only remember one thing: Studio → Queue → Plan → Preview → Send.
The path
Put footage in Google Drive
Two folders, two meanings:
Finished clips (already cut, just need captions + scheduling) → drop in inbox.
Studio: choose what gets clipped, and how
Tick the raw videos to process, then pick an edit style:
Videographer already framed it, just want captions burned in? → Captions only
Want just the best moments to finish in your own editor? → Clean cut
Press Clip selected. Progress streams in the Run tab.
Queue: watch and judge
Finished clips appear under Studio output, each with an AI score and hook.
A word on the video is wrong → Fix captions (re-renders the video with your correction)
Want a copy → Download · It's junk → Delete
Run tab: Plan (dry run)
The AI writes every platform's caption and books time slots. Nothing is sent anywhere — it's a proposal for you to review.
Preview each post, edit anything, send
Every planned clip gets a Preview post button — the video in a phone frame with its caption, one tab per platform.
Wrong time → change Post at
Happy → Save & send to Metricool — while the mode is draft, it still waits for final approval inside Metricool's calendar.
Make it sound like us
When captions come out wrong in the same way twice, don't keep fixing them by hand — teach it once.
If something looks wrong
No "Preview post" button → run Plan (dry run) first — captions don't exist until a plan runs.
Clip scored weirdly low → Re-analyze makes the AI re-watch it.
Nothing gets scheduled → check nothing is Skipped, and that picked clips exist if selection mode is manual.
Want a clean slate → Settings → Clean up workspace (never touches what's already scheduled).
Settings
Publishing mode and the full pipeline configuration.
Publishing mode
How far the pipeline goes without you.
Housekeeping
Fresh start for the workspace: removes every unscheduled studio clip (and its analysis/plan) and unlocks raw footage so it can be clipped again. Scheduled posting history is never touched.
